Fantastic location. Right near the main park and plenty of eateries. Enjoyed the live music on Sunday evening, and the front desk staff were genuinely helpful.

The sound insulation could use improvement. Heard some loud music and hallway chatter early in the morning.

Spacious room, fantastic location, with free internet access allowing easy browsing of nearby dining options and attractions, made our stay enjoyable and convenient.

Request a room on the upper floors to reduce noise from the street and hallways. The views are also lovely.

I almost thought this hotel would be charming, but alas, the privacy was nonexistent, as i heard everything from others' music to their heels clacking in the hallway. Shockingly, i received no special treatment or welcome gift despite my regular customer status . I just couldn't bring myself to give a good review.
